As a young child, I began noticing a dissonance between what I felt was true inside myself and what the world was telling me. I have spent my life searching for ways to cultivate my inner awareness and live in alignment. Mantra meditation has been the most profound practice in raising my level of awareness and supporting my evolution. I'm grateful to share this transformative journey through a meditation course with others.
